DESCRIBED BY NATIONAL GEODETIC SURVEY 1975 3.1 MI NE FROM PANOCHE SUBSTATION. 3.1 MILES NORTHEAST ALONG PANOCHE AVENUE FROM THE PACIFIC GAS AND ELECTRIC COMPANY PANOCHE SUBSTATION, 0.2 MILE NORTHEAST OF THE CALIFORNIA AQUEDUCT AND BENCH MARK 111.91L (USBR), 0.1 MILE SOUTHWEST OF A DIRT ROAD JUNCTION AND BENCH MARK Q 998, AT THE CROSSING OF A POWER LINE, 30 1/2 FEET SOUTHEAST OF THE CENTER LINE OF THE ROAD, 59 1/2 FEET SOUTHEAST OF AND ACROSS THE ROAD FROM A POWER LINE POLE WITH A GUY WIRE, 30 1/2 FEET NORTHEAST OF THE CENTER OF AN ASPHALT DRAIN DITCH, 13.1 FEET SOUTHEAST OF THE SOUTHEAST ASPHALT CURB OF THE ROAD, 2 FEET SOUTHWEST OF T JUNCTION POWER LINE POLE WITH A GUY WIRE, 1.2 FEET NORTHEAST OF A METAL WITNESS POST, ABOUT 1 1/2 FEET LOWER THAN THE ROAD, AND A DISK ON THE TOP OF A COPPER COATED ROD DRIVEN TO GRADUAL REFUSAL AT A DEPTH OF 32 FEET. Found USC&GS benchmark stamped 'Y1258 1974' at 13:15, 09 May 2009 as described and in good condition. Go to description is adequate. Down 9" in a well with a PVC casing, full of dirt. Between a witness post and a power pole.

1.5 feet northeast of a witness post;
2 feet southwest of a power pole;
28 feet southeast of the centerline of Panoche Road;
