DESCRIBED BY COAST AND GEODETIC SURVEY 1959 1 MI SW FROM PANOCHE SUBSTATION. 1.05 MILES SOUTHWEST ALONG PANOCHE AVENUE FROM THE PACIFIC GAS AND ELECTRIC COMPANY PANOCHE SUBSTATION, 0.05 MILE SOUTHWEST OF THE Y JUNCTION OF A DIRT ROAD LEADING WEST TO A HOUSE, IN TOP OF THE CONCRETE FOUNDATION FOR THE NORTH STEEL LEG OF POWER LINE STEEL TOWER 68-295, 65 FEET SOUTHEAST OF THE CENTER LINE OF THE AVENUE, 0.6 FOOT NORTH OF THE STEEL LEG, AND ABOUT 1 FOOT HIGHER THAN THE AVENUE.
