DESCRIBED BY COAST AND GEODETIC SURVEY 1957 1.5 MI SW FROM PANOCHE SUBSTATION. 1.5 MILES SOUTHWEST ALONG PANOCHE AVENUE FROM THE PANOCHE SUBSTATION OF THE PACIFIC GAS AND ELECTRIC COMPANY, AT HIGH-VOLTAGE POWER LINE STEEL TOWER 67/293, IN THE TOP OF THE CONCRETE FOUNDATION OF THE NORTH STEEL LEG OF TOWER, 62 FEET SOUTHEAST OF THE CENTER LINE OF THE AVENUE, 0.6 FOOT NORTH OF THE LEG, ABOUT 1 FOOT HIGHER THAN THE AVENUE AND 1 FOOT ABOVE THE GROUND.
