DESCRIBED BY NATIONAL GEODETIC SURVEY 1959 AT FOWLER. AT FOWLER, 0.7 MILE NORTHWEST ALONG THE SOUTHERN PACIFIC RAILROAD FROM THE STATION, 0.1 MILE NORTHWEST OF THE CROSSING OF ADAMS AVENUE, AT INTERNAL REVENUE BONDED WAREHOUSE NO. 70 OF THE HASLETT WAREHOUSE COMPANY, SET VERTICALLY IN THE SOUTHWEST FACE ON THE NORTHWEST CONCRETE PILLAR OF A BRICK WALL, 61.9 FEET NORTHEAST OF THE NORTHEAST RAIL OF THE MAIN TRACK, 0.8 FOOT SOUTHEAST OF THE WEST CORNER OF THE BUILDING, ABOUT 4 FEET HIGHER THAN THE TRACK, AND 0.5 FOOT ABOVE A CONCRETE LOADING PLATFORM.

Found it at 13:05, 21 December 2002. Found it as described and in good condition. The building and loading platform were fenced in. The coordinate was taken from the front of the platform adjacent to the railroad tracks.

Original coordinates (NAD83) off by 345 feet when in WGS84 mode. WGS84 coordinates found by 3 minute occupation with 7 strong satellites and 1 WAAS satellite.
