DESCRIBED BY COAST AND GEODETIC SURVEY 1965 11.2 MI NW FROM KERMAN. 6.25 MILES WEST ALONG THE SOUTHERN PACIFIC COMPANY RAILROAD FROM THE STATION AT KERMAN, THENCE 5.0 MILES NORTH ALONG YUBA AVENUE, 1.0 MILE SOUTH OF AND ACROSS COUNTRY AND THE SAN JOAQUIN RIVER FROM BENCH MARK SJ 129 TRAV. (USE), AT THE NORTH END OF YUBA AVENUE, 32 FEET WEST OF THE CENTER LINE OF THE AVENUE, 1 1/2 FEET NORTH OF AN INTERSECTION POWER LINE POLE, 1.8 FEET SOUTH OF A WITNESS POST, ABOUT 1/2 FOOT LOWER THAN THE AVENUE, AND SET IN THE TOP OF A CONCRETE POST PROJECTING 0.3 FOOT ABOVE THE GROUND.

Found it at 11:35, 13 September, 2005 as described and in good condition. The power pole has two transformers.

Original NAD83 coordinates were located about 313 feet southeasterly of the found WGS84 coordinates. WGS84 coordinates for the mark found by 6.5 minute occupation with 9 strong satellites and 2 WAAS satellites.
