RAILROAD FROM THE STATION AT KERMAN, THENCE 3.00 MILES NORTH ALONG YUBA AVENUE, 26.3 FEET WEST OF CENTERLINE YUBA AVENUE, 31.0 FEET NORTH OF THE CENTER LINE OF A TRACK ROAD LEADING WEST, 11.5 FEET NORTH OF CORNER FENCE POST, 42.1 FEET NORTH OF POLE LINE WEST, 1.2 FEET EAST OF FENCE LINE, 1.3 FEET SOUTH OF WITNESS POST.

Found Details for Benchmark: GU1174

Found it at 11:10, 13 September, 2005 as described and in good condition. A new Carsonite witness post is located 0.5 feet west of the mark.

Original NAD83 coordinates were located about 83 feet southeasterly of the found WGS84 coordinates. WGS84 coordinates for the mark found by 6.5 minute occupation with 8 strong satellites and 1 WAAS satellite.
