DESCRIBED BY COAST AND GEODETIC SURVEY 1944 (JCS) STATION IS LOCATED 5 MILES NNW OF HANFORD, AT THE LUCERNE WINERY AND AT THE W END OF THE BUILDINGS. IT IS 0.4 MILE S OF ELDER AVENUE, 0.2 MILE W OF TWELFTH AVENUE, AND IS A SILVER-COLORED, ELEVATED, STEEL WATER TANK ABOUT 100 FEET HIGH. ITS APEX WAS THE POINT OF INTERSECTION.

Found it at 14:40, 31 Dec. 2002. Found it as described and in poor to fair condition. The winery looks to be in disrepair, but still in use.
WGS84 coordinates found by 3 minute occupation with 7 strong satellites and 1 WAAS satellite. I was unable to get near the tank (private property) so the coordinates were taken from the road, about 1000 feet east of the tank.
