Fresno City BM 496

BM 496 is a part of the City of Fresno benchmark network, although it is in the City of Clovis.  THIS MARK WAS NOT FOUND.  When the monument was set, it was a brass cap (probably 2" diameter) set on a curb top.  Construction of an improved return with pedestrian & wheel chair ramps and a pedestrian island between the vehicle travel lanes most likely resulted in the removal of the brass cap.
