DESCRIBED BY NATIONAL GEODETIC SURVEY 1959 AT FRESNO. AT FRESNO, ON TULARE STREET BETWEEN M AND N STREETS, SET VERTICALLY IN THE SOUTHEAST CONCRETE WALL OF THE U.S. POST OFFICE AND COURTHOUSE, 0.8 FOOT SOUTHWEST OF THE EAST CORNER OF THE BUILDING, AND ABOUT 2.0 FEET ABOVE THE GROUND.
