Notes:

This mark is a Fresno County mark.  It is, however, not listed in their benchmark database.  I don't know anything about it other that what can be seen in the images.  It is on the north side of Shaw Avenue, set in the top of the headwall of a canal which parallels Jameson Avenue.

The mark is not stamped, but based on the location, it would have a JI57 designation.  There is a benchmark listed in the County database with the JI57 designation. Because of this, I've listed this one as JI57-b.  The mark designated as JI57 is located about 150 feet northeast and across the canal and Jameson Avenue from the mark.
