Found it at 15:50, 31 December 2004 as described and in good condition. The mark is positioned between a fence and an irrigation junction box and well protected. Reference mark #1 was found in good condition, although the dimensions to the power pole and the fence in the 1972 description had been transposed. RM1 is 15 south of a power pole and 1.5 feet west of a fence. Reference mark #2 was not found. The azimuth mark was found in good condition - see GU3373.
Original NAD83 coordinates were located about 4 feet southeasterly of the found WGS84 coordinates. WGS84 coordinates for the mark found by 8 minute occupation with 7 strong satellites and 1 WAAS satellite.
