AT VISALIA, IN R25E T18S S29, ALONG WEST ACEQUIA STREET, ABOUT MIDWAY BETWEEN SOUTH LOCUST AND SOUTH COURT STREETS, AT THE POST OFFICE, IN THE TOP OF THE WEST GRANITE WATER COPING, 9.8 FEET WEST OF THE WEST EDGE OF THE NORTH (MAIN) ENTRANCE DOOR, 0.9 FOOT NORTH OF THE NORTH WALL OF THE BUILDING, ABOUT 2 FEET ABOVE THE GROUND, AND ABOUT LEVEL WITH THE TOP GRANITE STEP.

Found it at 17:50, 28 February 2004 as described and in good condition.

Original NAD83 coordinates were located about 210 feet southerly of the found WGS84 coordinates. WGS84 coordinates for the mark found by 3 minute occupation with 5 strong satellites and 0 WAAS satellites. (Mark is directly adjacent to building so satellite reception was poor.)
