Found it at 08:10, 13 November 2003 generally as described and in good condition.
The described private asphalt road to the south has been developed and is now a public road known as 'Fig Tree Road'. The described power lines no longer tee to the south, but remain running east & west along the north side of Avenue 26, (also know as Greenhills Boulevard).
The mark is now in a covered monument well set in the new asphalt road. It is located 29 feet west of the curb face on the east side of the new road, 12.5 feet west of the centerline paint stripe, and 0.2 feet below grade.
Original NAD83 coordinates were located about 95 feet southeasterly of the found WGS84 coordinates. WGS84 coordinates for the mark found by 15 minute occupation with 8 strong satellites and 1 WAAS satellite.
