DESCRIBED BY COAST AND GEODETIC SURVEY 1958 3.8 MI NE FROM COALINGA. 0.1 MILE SOUTHEAST ALONG FIFTH STREET FROM THE POST OFFICE AT COALINGA, THENCE 3.65 MILES NORTHEAST ALONG STATE HIGHWAYS 33 AND 198, 5.1 MILES SOUTH OF OILFIELDS, IN R15E T20S S16, AT A FENCE CORNER, 35 FEET NORTHWEST OF THE CENTER LINE OF THE HIGHWAY, 3 FEET SOUTHWEST OF A WITNESS POST, ABOUT 1 FOOT HIGHER THAN THE HIGHWAY, AND SET IN THE TOP OF A CONCRETE POST PROJECTING 1/2 FOOT ABOVE THE GROUND.

THE MARK IS 0.6 METERS NE FROM A WITNESS POST.
