DESCRIBED BY COAST AND GEODETIC SURVEY 1959 3.8 MI E FROM SAN JOAQUIN. 0.3 MILE SOUTHEAST ALONG THE SOUTHERN PACIFIC RAILROAD FROM THE STATION AT SAN JOAQUIN, THENCE 3.55 MILES EAST ALONG MANNING AVENUE, IN TOP OF THE NORTHWEST END OF THE SOUTHWEST CONCRETE HEAD WALL OF AN 18-INCH ASKEW PIPE CULVERT UNDER THE AVENUE, 37 FEET SOUTH OF THE CENTER LINE OF THE AVENUE, 44 FEET EAST OF THE EAST END OF A GATE, 2.8 FEET NORTH OF A FENCE, AND ABOUT 1 1/2 FEET HIGHER THAN THE AVENUE.
