Found it at 18:00, 11 October 2002. Found it as described and in fair to poor condition. Center of cap has been vandalized, but the circumference and setting are intact.
Original coordinates (NAD83) were reasonably close when in WGS84 mode. WGS84 coordinates found by 2.5 minute occupation with 6 strong satellites and 1 WAAS satellite. Occupation would have been longer however an oncoming train prompted a hasty retreat.
