DESCRIBED BY NATIONAL GEODETIC SURVEY 1952 7.9 MI NE FROM PANOCHE SUBSTATION. 4.3 MILES NORTHEAST ALONG PANOCHE AVENUE FROM PANOCHE SUBSTATION OF PACIFIC GAS AND ELECTRIC COMPANY, THENCE 0.6 MILE NORTH ALONG NEWCOMB AVENUE, THENCE 2.0 MILES EAST ALONG NORTH AVENUE, THENCE 1.0 MILE NORTH ALONG LYON AVENUE, AT THE INTERSECTION OF JENSON AVENUE, 29 FEET EAST OF THE CENTER LINE OF LYON AVENUE, 28 1/2 FEET NORTH OF THE CENTER LINE OF JENSON AVENUE, 3 FEET EAST OF A POWER LINE POLE, 1.4 FEET SOUTH OF A WITNESS POST, ABOUT 1 FOOT LOWER THAN LYON AVENUE, AND SET IN THE TOP OF A CONCRETE POST PROJECTING 0.5 FOOT ABOVE THE GROUND. 3.5 feet southeast of a power pole with overhead wires in four cardinal directions;
6 feet north of a stop sign and street sign;
14 feet southwest of a 48" stand pipe;
24 north of the centerline of Jensen Avenue;
39 east of the centerline of Lyon Avenue;
