This one is gone.  The school has been substantially remodeled at this location.  The described swimming pool and dressing rooms are gone and the area is now primarily used for the high school stadium.

DESCRIBED BY COAST AND GEODETIC SURVEY 1959 AT CARUTHERS. AT CARUTHERS, 0.35 MILE SOUTHWEST ALONG TAHOE STREET FROM THE POST OFFICE, AT THE CARUTHERS UNION HIGH SCHOOL SWIMMING POOL, SET VERTICALLY IN THE SOUTHEAST WALL OF A CONCRETE FOUNDATION AROUND THE POOL AND DRESSING ROOM BUILDING, 34 FEET NORTHWEST OF THE CENTER LINE OF THE STREET, 0.5 FOOT SOUTHWEST OF THE EAST CORNER OF THE FOUNDATION, AND ABOUT 1 1/2 FEET HIGHER THAN THE GROUND.

This mark is believed to be destroyed. The described high school swimming pool, the wall surrounding the pool, and the changing room building have all been removed. The road has been substantially widened and no buildings are within 100 feet of the road. The location is still part of the Caruthers High School but is now occupied by the Caruthers High School Stadium.
