Found it at 16:45, 31 Dec. 2002. Found it in good condition. The calculated NGS coordinates were over a mile off. There is no evidence or remnants of a tank (such as a smaller municipal well site) at the posted coordinates. The double-elipsiodal tank found at Brown & Water Streets has six legs, not four as described. It is not a new tank and the original surveyor probably incorretly described it.

Original coordinates (NAD83) off by about 5400 feet when in WGS84 mode. WGS84 coordinates found by 2 minute occupation with 7 strong satellites and 1 WAAS satellite.

The six-legged tank at Brown & Water Streets.
